1.5 oz Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur
0.5 oz Pressed Lime Juice
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes Bittered Sling Crab-Apple Bitters
1. Pour Rye Whiskey, Haskap liqueur, lime and maple syrup into a copper mug with crushed ice and top of with ginger beer.
2. Drop Bitters on top of the ice.
3. Garnish with pear and ginger.
