YEW’s bartenders are notorious for infusing personality and creative flair to their cocktails. We asked YEW Assistant Manager, Rus Yessenov, to spill the recipe for one of his latest creations from YEW’s Aperitivo Hour menu.
POMEGRANATE SPRITZ
Ingredients:
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Soda
0.25 oz Grenadine
Method:
Fill wine glass with ice, add Prosecco, Aperol + grenadine. Top off with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.
