Behind The Bar With Jessica: Madame Collins Recipe

YEW’s bartenders are notorious for infusing personality and creative flair to their cocktails. We asked guest-favourite bartender, Jessica Hoffmann to share her recipe for one of her latest cocktail creations – Madame Collins. Find it on YEW’s Aperitivo Hour menu.

 

MADAME COLLINS

Ingredients:

1 oz Noilly Prat

0.5 oz Beefeater Gin

0.5 oz Cointreau

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Soda

Peychaud’s Bitters (3 dashes)

Method: 

Combine all ingredients except Prosecco in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain through a mesh strainer into an ice-filled glass. Top off with soda. Garnish with a lemon twist and dried rosebuds.
