YEW seafood + bar goes all out for our annual family friendly Easter Brunch Buffet. On Sunday, April 1 YEW will welcome friends and family to enjoy our fabulous feast featuring an array of delightful dishes.
Guests will delight in the fresh selection of breakfast pastries, a raw bar featuring seasonal seafood including freshly shucked oysters, assorted sushi and seasonal seafood; the much loved “carvery” starring a juicy Roast Leg of Lamb, Honey Glazed Ham, Carved Ribeye and Cedar Baked Salmon. The wide selection of salads includes Roasted Red + Yellow Beets, Grilled Asparagus, Farro Tabbouleh, as well irresistible sides and action stations offering Gnocchi with Morel Mushrooms, Seared Selva Prawns, a wide selection of composed veggie dishes and a made-to-order Omelette station. Simple kid’s meals and hot brunch entrees made-to-order ensures that everyone at the table will have indulge in their favourites.
