A Great Canadian Burger And Rocky Mountain Caesar

YEW is celebrating Canada’s 150th anniversary with two memorable creations.  The first, Chef Weimar’s West Coast Salmon East Coast Lobster Burger is an oversize seafood sandwich boasting a maple syrup glazed lobster tail, wild salmon filet, topped with Canadian back bacon, tomato, lettuce and avocado on a house-made brioche bun, surrounded by perfectly cooked hand-cut waffle fries. This $50 burger will satisfy your Canadian hungers in one Instagram-worthy meal. Available June 1 through Labour Day.

On the sipping side, YEW’s own Jessica Hoffman has created a tasty twist on the most Canadian of cocktails with a smoky Caesar featuring Canadian Club Whiskey, Clamato. The $16 Rocky Mountain Caesar is an intensely flavoured blend of adobo peppers, maple syrup, olive juice, lime and, of course, bacon.
