Fresh Flavours at YEW

There probably aren’t too many better ways to start out the day than with a YEW Lobster Benny. This re-imagined breakfast classic piles poached eggs, a red bell pepper ragout, Canadian back bacon and lobster on an English muffin and smothers in gorgeous hollandaise sauce. Yes please!

Three new appetizers invite diners to dig into a variety of textures, flavours and temperatures.  The Halibut Ceviche is a light and flavourful dish perfect for a summer evening featuring red onions, coriander, lime juice and sweet corn.  The Fresh Burrata Cheese is a cool and creamy dish starring BC Blueberries. It’s a good thing there’s three of these crispy and oh-so-tasty Crab Cakes on this plate, as the miso aioli, citrus reduction and seaweed salad pairing is absolutely addictive.
