Fall Feature – YEW Seafood Pot

Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the launch of Executive Chef Weimar Gomez’s brand new fall menus.  One of the post anticipated dishes is perfect for sharing with friends, family or that special someone. Loaded with plump, flavourful seafood favourites including lobster, sustainable Tiger prawns, scallops, clams, mussels, and fingerling potatoes and drowning in a gorgeous white wine sauce.  Best sopped up with YEW’s irresistible house made baguettes and a nice bottle of a classic Chablis.  Sommelier Adam Mayhew recommends the Domaine Bernard Defaix, Chablis, France 2016 for its bright acidity and notes of lemon and lime that draw out the individual seafood flavours combinations.
