YEW’s bartenders are notorious for infusing personality and creative flair to their cocktails. Long-time YEW bartender, Phil Srigley to share his secret to mixing up his cocktail recipe for one of YEW’s Aperitivo Hour favorites: Elena.
1 oz Campari
1 oz Montenegro
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Mango Juice
0.25 oz Jalepeno Agave Syrup
Combine all ingredients except Prosecco in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain through a mesh strainer into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime or lemon wheel.
