Indulge in a luxurious five-course tasting menu designed to embrace a perfect pairing. Menu to include Motoyaki style baked oysters to start. A highlight will be an indulgent Duo of Duck with roasted breast and a crispy leg fritter accompanied with a beet relish, and black currant gel. Diners will be presented with a choice of two desserts including the Berries N’ Rose, a red fruit sorbet, cloaked with choux crisp and accented with grapefruit pearls.
A Veuve Clicquot Ambassador will be in-house to share wine pairing suggestions and we’ve partnered with Garlands florist, so each reservation will accompany the option to pre-select a beautiful bouquet to surprise your special someone at the table.
